Performing a quick weld repair for a new client. This customer has been throwing away these £600 ea units because they didn't know they could be repaired!

We picked up the parts, performed the repairs and return the units on the same day to minimise down time.

These are an aluminium tubular assembly requiring a TIG weld repair to rejoint and reinforce a weak point.

Aluminium repairs on cherry picker basket

Here's a quick weld repair undertaken to keep one of our customer's going.

They noticed cracking on this aluminium step which provides access to a cherry picker basket.

Works undertaken to weld up 5 cracks in total and to add a support strut to prevent further cracking.
